Shipping

We're based in Virginia and ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate $4.50 on all orders. FREE shipping on orders over $50. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your pieces. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email us at hello@thehouseoftwilight.com with your order number.

A Few Notes

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unopened. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Sale items are final.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at hello@thehouseoftwilight.com and we'll make it right immediately.
