Jewellery Care

Caring for Your Sterling Silver

With a little love, your pieces will stay bright for years. Here's how to care for them.

Everyday Wear

Sterling silver loves to be worn — the natural oils in your skin help keep it bright. Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion, and hairspray.

What to Avoid

Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or cleaning. Chlorine, salt water, and household chemicals can dull the shine.

Storing

Keep your jewellery in the pouch it arrived in, away from air and moisture. The anti-tarnish strip we include helps it stay bright. Store pieces separately so they don't scratch each other.

Polishing

If your silver dulls over time, gently buff it with a soft polishing cloth. Sterling silver can tarnish naturally — this is normal, and it polishes right off, good as new.
